Jetty Café Breakfast & Beach Blast

What a start to the day! This BBQ breakfast and activity combination is even more exciting if it is left as a surprise for the participants. We will give them instructions that they are to meet in a designated area at 6.30 am (no one will be left behind!). They will then be transported to the jetty where the "Bloody Mary & Berocca Bar" will be set up. At this point staff will surprise them even further by giving them an activity to start their day. This will be followed by a BBQ Breakfast to ease the hunger pains after an exhilarating morning of experiencing some of the activities available on the island including waterskiing, horse riding, sea kayaking, plus lots more!

Outdoor BBQ Breakfast

An invigorating start to the day is an outdoor BBQ breakfast. Cascades Pool is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and is a wonderful setting, or alternatively you can overlook the warm waters of the Coral Sea.

Pre-Dinner Drinks - A Bubbly Sunset

There are many special vantage points to make the most of a tropical sunset on Dunk Island. You can sip champagne on the 3rd hole putting green of the golf course where you will overlook the surrounding Family Group of Islands.

Dinner - Pirates of the Coral Sea

Jetty Café is situated at the tip of Dunk Island. By day Jetty Café is the base for all of the Island's watersports activities, however it is transformed for the "Pirates of the Coral Sea" themed event! A fun night could begin with an optional treasure/scavenger hunt prior to dinner where pirates band together to outdo rivals and secure the loot on offer! Delegates could find it even more fun if the night is fancy dress - perhaps they could be given the afternoon to make appropriate costumes?
