Take a step back in time, a quarter of a century agao this was an all time favourite on Dunk Island. Banana liqueur, dark creme de cacao, and Kahlua blended with fresh banana and cream.

PURTABOI PASSION - $14
Sit back and relax looking over Purtaboi Island whilst sipping on this evocative mix of Alize gold, and passionfruit pulp topped with sparkling wine.

BLUE ULYSSES - $16
Inspired by our very own logo, the Ulysses butterfly. An infusion of gin, white rum, malibu and blue curacao topped with lemonade is beautiful and delicious.

MUGGY MUGGY MARTINI - $16
The golden sandy beaches of Muggy Muggy are as enticing as this elegant cocktail. Fresh mint muddled with strawberry and a splash of lemon juice combined with vodka, frangelico and limoncello.

TROPICAL SUNSET - $16
One for lychee lovers! Vodka, lychee liqueur and peach liqueur are added to freshly muddled lychees and topped with apple juice. Its as intriguing as one of our sunsets.

KOOTALOO KISS - $16
Once you have seen the breath taking views from Mount Kootaloo this delicious drink will definitely quench your thirst. Malibu and strawberry liqueur shaken together with strawberry puree and a teaspoon of passionfruit pulp.

DUNK ISLAND BOUNTY - $17
Discover Dunk's treasure with this creamy blend of dark creme de cacao, malibu coconut rum and cream, shaken and topped with a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.

MANGO DREAMING - $18
This cocktail puts a creamy spin on Queensland's favourite fruit. Fresh mango puree blended with mango liqueur. Cuban white rum and a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. You think you're dreaming!

COONANGLEBAH TOBLERONE - $18
Aboriginal for "island of peace and plenty", this cocktail will put you at peace and will leave you wanting plenty more! Flavours of honey chocolate and cream with Kahlua, Tia Maria, Baileys, dark creme de cacao and a hint of Frangelico all blended together sprinkled with chocolate flakes. Divine!

CONFESSIONS OF A BEACHCOMBER - $14
The name of this cocktail comes from the title of the book written by E.J. Banfield, Dunk Island's first white settler. He lived self sufficiently from 1897 on this exotic island paradise. Uncover some of E.J's hidden secrets with a combination of raspberry puree mixed with gin, vodka, lemon juice and finished with lemonade.
