Dunk Island

Dunk Island is quite unique in that it has its own farm with a range of farm animals for the kids to visit. The farm, nestled amongst the golf course, is set on 160 acres and is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the main resort. Kids love to visit the chickens and collect eggs first thing in the morning. However they also love to see the cute donkeys, pigs, cowes and horses.

Even getting there can be intriguing for the kids as they may spot butterflies, lizards and other island critters waiting to be discovered! An excursion to the farm will become a lifelong memory for kids who have not had the chance to be up close and personal with a farm animal before. 

Plan ahead and pack a picnic so that you can go to visit the lake located near the farm. It is a very picturesque setting and many a good time is to be enjoyed here.
